The University of Lincoln has 231 staff participating in the Global Corporate Challenge, has partnered a university in Australia to track each other’s progress, and has hosted a roundtable discussion on its bikes-for-work scheme.
The university has taken part in the challenge, which runs from May to September for three years, but this time it has increased its four teams to 33.
It is partnering the University of Wollongong in Australia, where a former University of Lincoln employee is now director of HR.
Ian Hodson, reward and benefits manager at the Lincoln university, said: “This truly is an international way to address wellbeing.”
