Aegis Group has appointed Lucy Thrussell global reward manager.
Thrussell has held a range of roles over the past seven years, as UK reward manager at Danone, reward manager at Comet, compensation and benefits analyst at Trinity Mirror, and HR assistant at British American Tobacco.
