Lloyd’s Register hosted a health and wellbeing day for its 600 London head office staff in April and posted the day’s presentations and leaflets on its intranet page for its 8,000 global employees.

The event, branded ‘Keeping pressure positive’, included workshops and presentations, hosted by Roodlane Medical, on topics such as employee resilience, nutrition, cognitive behavioural therapy and the importance of sleep.

A health fair included stands from a local gym, mental health charity Mind, London Bridge Sleep Clinic and Roodlane.

Kerry Higgins, senior domestic relocation and UK benefits lead at Lloyd’s, said: “There is a difference between pressure and stress, and we thought it might be good to educate our staff on how to keep pressure positive."
