Linklaters, the law firm, has harmonised its global mobility provision under one provider to ensure a consistent approach for all employees relocating.

Since Crown Relocations were appointed in the summer of 2011, over 400 employees have been relocated.

Linklaters is located in 27 countries and has 4,657 employees.

The service, which includes school arrangements for children, family health provision and language lessons, will be tweaked for regional differences, but will remain fundamentally consistent for all countries.

Lulu Nicolaou, global mobility consultant at Linklaters, said: “Prior to the change, we were working with different providers for each office.

"Linklaters consulted with its global offices to find out about the right approach for its assignees. It makes negotiating easier and everyone gets the same experience.”
