Just-Eat has achieved 60% take-up of its new voluntary benefits scheme, since it was launched on 30 March.
The scheme, Just-Treats, includes employee discounts, a health cash plan and a bikes-for-work scheme.
The scheme was communicated, in conjunction with provider Asperity Employee Benefits, using a teaser campaign, with cryptic hints dropped in the run-up to the launch. The online takeaway food-ordering firm has two London-based offices, where a series of teaser posters were put up and a surprise treat was dropped on all desks.
On the scheme's launch day, Just-Eat hosted live website demonstrations, with pic n’ mix sweets and Oyster cardholders advertising the website’s details.
Anabela Yourell, HR manager at Just-Eat, said: “We realised how important for engagement it was to get everyone excited about the new programme launch.
“We have got quite a young workforce at Just-Eat, and we knew we needed to do something spectacular in order to grab their attention.
“We’re really pleased with the take-up so far and grateful to Asperity for aligning itself with our objectives.”
