EXCLUSIVE: Around a quarter (26%) of employer respondents provide subsidised on-site catering to staff, according to research by Employee Benefits and Xerox HR Services.
The Benefits research 2016, which surveyed 338 employer respondents, also found that less than one in 10 (6%) offer access to on-site doctors as part of their employee benefits package.
A small number of respondents provide employees with on-site access to other health services, such as a physiotherapist (5%) or a dentist (2%). However, the proportion of respondents offering services such as on-site beauty therapy (2%) and hairdressing (1%) remains low.
