Linda Holbeche, assistant director at charitable education trust Roffey Park Institute, said that with the boundaries between employees' home lives and work becoming increasingly blurred, staff would expect their employers' values to closely align with their own. As good work-life balance and the opportunity to develop are increasingly seen as highly attractive.
