Richard Scase, professor of organisational behaviour at Kent Business School, will be one of the keynote speakers at the Employee Benefits Summit 2006.

He is a leading business strategist and author of the highly influential Britain in 2010: the new British landscape, which has helped shaped government planning and strategy.

The chief executive of Thomson's Directories, Max Alexander, and the managing director of Office Angels, Paul Jacobs, will address delegates on the correlation between employee and customer satisfaction.

The summit will take place on 3-5 July at Celtic Manor, Wales. Up to 60 of the top benefits professionals have been invited to the event. Among those attending will be Sandy Wilson, head of reward at Aviva, Evan Davidge reward consultant at Nationawide, Nina Platt, head of reward at Philips Electronics and Paul Farley, compensation and benefits, group HR for Lloyds TSB.

During the event, they will attend a number of seminars and workshops hosted by sponsors.
