Richard Silander, head of employment policy and reward at consumer goods giant Unilever, will be speaking in the session 'Are total reward statements worth the effort?' on Thursday 27 April.
Lis Browning, group pensions manager at Woolworths, will offer expert guidance in the session called 'How are employers expected to solve the pensions crisis?'. The session, on Wednesday 26 April, is likely to include a discussion on the Pension Protection Fund levy and the Turner Report.
O2's head of group pensions, Tina Clayton, will speak on 'Why effective benefits communication makes financial sense' on Wednesday 26 April, while on Thursday 27 April, Suzanne Laverick, UK employee benefits manager at global drinks-maker and confectioner Cadbury Schweppes, will share the platform with Malcolm Douglas, remuneration and benefits manager at British American Tobacco. Both will speak about the latest tax-efficient benefits that have been introduced in their organisations, and the tax and legal complications that can arise.
Finally, Neil Millan, head of employee relations and reward at Nestlé, will demonstrate how the food firm used salary sacrifice to deliver benefits to both employees and the business on Thursday 27 April.
