Ernst & Young (E&Y) performance and reward director Mark Quinn is moving client side to Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) where he will oversee reward for the retail arms of RBS, NatWest, Coutts and Mint. As technical partner retail markets, he will be part of the reward team in group HR and report into head of reward, Trevor Blackman. Quinn leaves E&Y at the end of April after working there for seven years. He previously worked as remuneration and benefits manager for Sainsbury's and head of executive compensation for the Rank Group. "The good thing about RBS is that it has a sophisticated internal consulting model, so some of the aspects of consulting will be replicated internally, which will be interesting," he said.
