EOA appoints Hasdell to taskforce

The Employee Ownership Association (EOA) has appointed Iain Hasdell to its employee engagement taskforce.

Hasdell has been the chief executive of the EOA since April 2012. He previously spent 10 years as a senior partner at KPMG.

Hasdell said: “As a long-standing supporter of greater involvement and fairness in the workplace, I am delighted to have been asked to contribute to the work of the employee engagement taskforce.

“An engaged workforce is one of the defining factors of employee-owned firms and I am particularly looking forward to working with the taskforce on the learning gained from employee engagement strategies and practices in employee-owned firms.”
