The UK's most influential benefits professionals will gather at the Employee Benefits Summit in Monte Carlo this month.

The event, from 9-11 June, opens with a plenary session from Nita Clarke, co-author of Engaging for success: enhancing performance through employee engagement (commonly known as the MacLeod review), which was published in July 2009.

Day one will also see Jim Bligh, senior policy adviser - employment and pensions at the Confederation of British Industry, discussing what employers need to consider in the run-up to 2012, and Dame Carol Black, national director for health and work, talking about employee health and wellbeing.

Senior benefits professionals from Comet, National Grid, Goldman Sachs, Pret a Manger, Ladbrokes and Mars are among the attendees.

Delegates will also attend sponsor-run interactive workshops throughout the two days, as well as having time to network with each other and sponsors during social events and the gala dinner.
