Employee Benefits summit to take place in Spain

Senior benefits decision-makers will be lining up to hear top speakers discuss the global war for talent, pensions and the impact of total reward, at Employee Benefits Summit 2007 in Jerez, Spain.

Up to 60 benefits professionals have been invited to attend the event which will take place on 13-15 June.

Debi O'Donovan, editorial director of Employee Benefits, said: "Within just one year, this Summit has become established as the event for the cr¿me de la cr¿me of the benefits world."

Speakers include Sir John Butterfill MP, the chairman of the all Parliamentary group on occupational pensions, who will talk about the future of occupational schemes; and Dr Alan Wooldridge, Washington bureau chief of The Economist, who will look at globalisation and the competition for talent.

Michael Armstrong, author of the Total Reward Book and Roger Fairhead, head of reward at the BBC, will both participate in a discussion panel on total reward.

Delegates will also attend workshops on topics presented by consultants and will take part in networking events.
