As the 2012 pension reforms approach, employers have a lot to think about and subsequently communicate effectively to staff.
Jim Bligh, senior policy adviser for employment and pensions at the Confederation of British Industry (CBI) , will address the key issues in his session, 'Pension commitments for employers in the run-up to 2012'.
Bligh has led the CBI's work on pensions and the national minimum wage since 2007, and will offer insights on issues such as the role pensions play in overall employee reward and business strategy, the impact on cash flows in private-sector organisations, and communications to pension scheme members.
