On the second day of the Summit, Susie Inwood, former global mobility policy manager for gas company the BG Group, will lead a session entitled 'Managing benefits in an environment of increased globalisation'.
Inwood specialised in expatriation in her role with BG, travelling on business to destinations such as Brazil, Nigeria, Kazakhstan and Australia. She offers an expert view on the key considerations of aligning benefits internationally.
She will also address the issues, obstacles and solutions of global benefits programmes, and discuss how international benefits are developing.
