More than 50 leading reward and benefits managers from the UK’s most prominent organisations, such as Coca Cola Enterprises, BP and House of Fraser gathered at the Employee Benefits Pensions Summit 2011 at the Four Seasons Hotel in Hampshire on 10-11 March. The summit, ‘Shaping the Future of Workplace Retirement Savings’, focused on defined contribution (DC) pensions and where they stand in organisations’ broader reward package.
