Elan Computing, a global IT recruitment firm, has included a group personal pension (GPP) plan in a new flexible benefits scheme to be rolled out to 55 international sites following a successful launch in the UK.
The pension allows staff to add additional salary sacrificed contributions.
The benefits package is named Central Perks and includes private medical insurance, dental cover, payroll giving and gym membership. It is predominantly aimed at the company's typically young staff.
