Ed Kolber steps up at Atkins

Engineering design firm Atkins has appointed Ed Kolber as director of reward and policy. Kolber moves from the post of HR director with Atkins' highways and transportation business, which he had held since August 2005.

In his new role, Kolber is responsible for the development and governance of all HR policy and reward incentives.

Kolber has 30 years' experience in HR, 18 of these spent in the Middle East. The most recent position Kolber held in the UK was as HR director Europe Middle East and Africa at Parsons Brinckerhoff.
