In a session at Employee Benefits Connect on 4 March entitled, ‘Global online benefits: myth or reality?’, Martha How, partner reward and benefits at Aon Consulting, will discuss their global prevalence and the different types of online benefits that work in different territories.

How said: “Global online benefits has been around and in concept for some time, but we are seeing many more implementations. It is happening for real now and across many countries.”

How will also present a client case study to highlight what is happening now and why.

The organisation in question, which spans 62 countries, has implemented a global benefits strategy using a global benefits portal.

“So far 16 of the 62 are online or about to go online, with more planned,” How added.

The session will suggest to delegates that the concept of global flex is dead.

How said: “The reality of efficient, effective and engaging global benefit administration is very much alive.

“Any global employer needs to think about this.”

Employee Benefits Connect 2015 will take place at the Lancaster London on 4 March.
