Law firm Dundas and Wilson has launched an online guide to the Equality Bill.
The Equality Bill Zone is aimed at making it easier to keep up-to-date with developments on the Bill, which comes into law next autumn.
The new legislation, which among other things will make secrecy clauses on pay illegal, will impact on businesses in different ways depending on whether they are public or private sector, according to Dundas & Wilson.
