AonHewitt has appointed Duncan Brown principal in its rewards and engagement practice.
He moves from the Institute for Employment Studies, where he was director of reward services.
Brown has also worked for the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, PricewaterhouseCoopers and Towers Perrin.
