Duke Street Capital has purchased the benefits and consultancy services division of Hogg Robinson, aiming to build on the trend to outsourcing.
The deal includes Hogg Robinson's Paymaster, Entegria and Claybrook systems. Marco Herbst, associate director at Duke Street Capital said that the move opened the way for further growth. Hogg Robinson used the sale to focus on its core business travel operations.
