Diligenta has issued total reward statements (TRS) to its 750 employees to improve employee understanding and appreciation of their benefits package.

The IT consulting firm, which is the UK subsidiary of Tata Consultancy Services, issued paper statements to its mostly call centre and administration-based staff last month. Online statements are due to be sent out from August.

Tony Hermitage, reward manager at Diligenta, which recently recruited 250 new staff, said: "Introducing TRS has been well received and we are confident it will support the retention of new employees, particularly relevant given the scale of our latest recruitment drive."
