Denplan has launched an online portal for employees to track their dental claims.
The portal allows employees to submit claims online, track their claims, view policy terms and conditions, update contact details, and request up-to-date benefit statements via email.
Jo Winkle, corporate customer services manager at Denplan, said: “Our customer services advisors will still be on hand to help with any queries, but the portal is designed to make employees’ lives easier with access to services online.”
