Davis Langdon is in the process of launching a wellbeing programme after deciding to invest more heavily in its package of benefits. The chartered quantity surveying firm has introduced a bikes for work scheme, an employee assistance programme and a pre-employment health screening programme.
It also plans to hold health seminars on issues such as skincare and diet for its 1,250 UK employees later this year. Terri Pettifer-Eagles, HR manager at Davis Langdon, said: "The [seminars] will be run on-site and we will put information online for those who can't attend."
