JLT Group has appointed David Jones head of compensation and benefits. Jones joins the employee benefits consultancy from law firm Linklaters, where he was reward and benefits manager.
Jones has worked in the HR sector for more than 15 years and has specialised in reward and benefits for the past seven. He has held benefits positions at a range of professional services and engineering organisations.
JLT has also appointed Will Tasho as people development director. Tasho has joined the organisation from his position as talent management consultant at Wickland Westcott.
