Damian Cannell has been appointed reward manager at project management and construction company Bovis Lend Lease, replacing Lee Smith.
Cannell joined the company from Anglian Water Group, where he held the position of reward manager for three years.
From 2003 until 2007, Cannell was HR manager (reward) at BG Group.
