Cyrille Vanoye named director of global compensation benefits at EMI

Vanoye tunes up at EMI

EMI Music has appointed Cyrille Vanoye as director of global compensation and benefits.

Vanoye joined the company from the Gucci Group, where he was group compensation and benefits director. This was his first London-based post after 14 years working in Paris.

During his time in Paris, Vanoye’s roles included director of compensation, benefits and international mobility for telecommunications company Alcatel-Lucent, and manager of executive compensation practice at management consultancy HayGroup.
