Cripps Harries Hall has launched a new flexible benefits scheme with Heath Lambert Consulting (HLC).
The law firm introduced online total reward statements and a voluntary benefits scheme in early 2010. The flexible benefits scheme has been added to allow the 280 employees to tailor their benefits to their individual needs.
Jim Fennell, head of HR and development and Cripps Harries Hall, said: “We have always offered a good selection of benefits to our staff, but we wanted to ensure people knew more about them, and that they could tailor them to suit their lifestyle.
“The feedback we have had from our staff has been excellent over the course of this project. The online system has greatly improved visibility of total reward and the introduction of flex options is a major milestone in engaging with our employees over the benefits we offer.”
