Creative Agency And Partners is offering its employees an extra day's paid leave a year to use to carry out volunteer work in the community.
The Have a Good Day initiative, launched in January, allows employees to take their day at any time of year.
Staff requests on ways to use the day so far include walking dogs at a dogs' home, decorating an elderly neighbour's living room, helping the homeless, and working with the charity Macmillan Cancer Support.
Adrian Bentley, head of marketing at And Partners, said: "With no preconceptions as to what constitutes a good day, employees can choose to volunteer their time however they please."
