Coors Brewers is to introduce total reward statements and has added a pensions salary sacrifice arrangement to its flexible benefits scheme.
The salary sacrifice, which applies to the company's group personal pension (GPP), was introduced after feedback from its staff survey, The Big Listen, carried out last year.
Employees were able to take up the arrangement during this year's enrolment period for Coors Brewers' flexible benefits plan, which closed last month. This will then come into effect with the new tax year in April.
The firm is also in the process of issuing paper-based total reward statements for the first time.
Claire Sykes, director of compensation and benefits, said: "We have issues with communication as we have a large production workforce and a lot of people on the road, some of whom do not have access to laptops."
