Online investment service company Cofunds has restructured its flexible benefits package and improved the way it is communicated to staff.

The firm has worked with Thomsons Online Benefits to streamline its flex programme so that all employees, some of whom have joined the company after an acquisition, have access to the same benefits.

The scheme, which went live in April, has been relaunched to the company’s 400 staff using posters and a company-branded member website. Employees have also been provided with branded benefits statements detailing their reward package both before and after the new scheme was introduced.
