Digital communications business Cisco, biopharmaceutical organisation Bristol Myers Squibb and logistics firm DHL Express have been named as some of the top UK’s Best Workplaces for Wellbeing 2024.

Global workplace culture organisation Great Place To Work compiles the list each year to highlight employers who offer high levels of wellbeing in their workplace through their employee experience.

Its culture experts analysed thousands of employee surveys to assess their holistic experiences of wellbeing at work, including work-life balance, sense of fulfilment, job satisfaction and financial security. They also looked at how well the organisation was able to deliver a consistent employee experience across all departments and seniority levels.

The findings revealed that 86% of employees said that they look forward to going to work at their organisation, compared to the UK average of 55%.
