Chiswick Park hosted its latest health, wellbeing and fitness week for employees at the end of February.
The business park works with wellbeing organisation Feel Good to offer the health and wellbeing week throughout the year as part of efforts to create a work-life balance for employees.
The event offers employees a variety of health and wellbeing services, including nutritionist advice, pilates and yoga classes, and one-hour seminars on sleep, eating for energy and top tips for beating stress.
Feel Good is offering its services through providers, such as JLT Employee Benefits and Thomsons Online Benefits. It is currently trialling the services with its own employees.
Other health and wellbeing initiatives at Chiswick Park include: a fit-for-a-fiver programme that runs five lunchtime classes each week, a 20-minute body blitz and sports massage on Friday, reflexology and manicures.
Leanne Rigby, director of Feel Good, said: “Employees can enjoy the convenience of having these onsite at their office.
"We find our get-fit classes are excellent for camaraderie and encourage staff to get fit and socialise with their colleagues.”
