Recruitment organisation Charlton Morris has launched new wellbeing benefits for its 38 Leeds-based employees, including free monthly massages and a free financial advice consultation.
The new benefits, which were launched in June 2017, have been introduced to help widen the organisation’s wellbeing package and support the physical and financial health of its workforce.
The massage benefit, provided by Chirapsia Sports Massage, enables employees to have an employer-paid head, neck, and shoulder massage each month to help them relax at work. Staff also receive a discounted rate for full body massages, which can be performed at the employee’s home or in the office outside of working hours.
The financial advice benefit gives employees the option of attending a free consultation, provided by Navigation Wealth Management. This benefit aims to help staff access financial advice to support them in managing their finances.
The two new benefits, which are available to all employees, were announced to staff during an organisation-wide meeting. The benefits will run alongside the organisation’s current wellbeing offering, which includes free gym membership and extended lunch breaks.
Andy Shatwell, managing director at Charlton Morris, said: “We work in such a fast-paced environment that it’s essential to be able to switch off and relax sometimes, which is why we’re working with Chirapsia [Sports Massage] to help our consultants do so at work.
“By connecting with Navigation Wealth Management, we’d also like to help our employees achieve financial peace of mind and plan for their future, something that is often ignored with young people.”
