As always, the range of case studies in the conference programme is a vital draw for delegates. This year, they will include Novartis Pharmaceuticals, Munich Re, Coors Brewers and Unilever.

Employee Benefits Live will be split into five streams each day. There will be streams dedicated to total reward, international benefits, motivation and engagement, and flexible benefits, as well as specific industry sectors, such as the public sector.

Once again, leading consultants will run sessions specific to their area of expertise.

Speakers in the motivation stream include Duncan Brown, director of reward services, at the Institute for Employment Studies and Sandy Wilson, European compensation and benefits director at Kellogg's.

Speakers tackling total reward will include Shaun Tyson, professor of human resource management at the Cranfield School of Business, and Peter Reilly, director of HR research and consultancy at the Institute for Employment Studies.

The range of masterclass sessions will tackle more complex issues, such as employment law, benefits tax and pensions.

n All sessions are free but need to be booked in advance online.
