Carlson Wagonlit has switched voluntary benefits providers in a bid to boost employee engagement with its scheme.
The business travel management company previously used Countdown to provide voluntary benefits, but has moved to Asperity's Rewards Gateway platform which makes cashback payments to users.
The scheme, launched in April, will allow its 1,200 staff discounts of up to 45% at retailers including Marks & Spencer, Debenhams, John Lewis and Expedia.
Staff will be able to access the discounts online, over the telephone or on the high street.
Sue Kavanagh, director of human resources at the company, said: "We were looking for a high value scheme that could be quickly implemented and came with a solid, integrated employee communications package. [Now] with such a wide range of well-known brands offering discounts, we've been able to deliver much improved employee engagement in the first weeks since the relaunch."
The scheme was communicated with road shows at key sites, payslip flyers, posters and screen savers for employees' computers.
