Bupa International has enhanced its health insurance cover for organisations with globally mobile employees.
The cover is now divided into four levels of cover – Essential, Classic, Gold and the new Gold Superior. The Gold Superior includes a range of dental benefit options and additional optical cover, offers full refunds for family doctor visits and out-patient drugs, and provides up to 60 outpatient therapist visits a year.
Additionally, organisations can choose from USA cover and assistance cover, as well as selecting different levels of cover for each individual employee.
Tim Slee, Bupa International’s global sales director, said: “Our enhanced company plan is ideal for businesses with globally mobile employees, people working in countries where quality private health cover is needed or where there is no adequate local healthcare provision.
“It enables businesses to show a commitment to their employees’ wellbeing, has a positive impact on staff morale, and helps attract and retain the best people. Our improved benefits mean that employees and their families can access one of the most extensive international health insurance policies in the market, wherever they are, with more choice and flexibility than ever before.”
