BSkyB has introduced total reward statements for its 15,000 UK employees.

The statements, which were launched on 3 October, can be accessed from both employees' home and work computers. Within the first hour after the statements were launched, more than 550 employees had logged on to the system.

The scheme was designed to operate electronically to help support the organisation's carbon neutral policy.

The statements were initially piloted among the 70 employees who make up the company's Sky Forum.

Dev Raval, director of reward at BSkyB said: “Introducing total reward statements to our staff has been well received and we are confident they will help support our retention policies as well as the recruitment of new people.
The statements were introduced in partnership with Vebnet.
