The British Library has decided to boost its benefits package by adding a home computing scheme (HCI). The current benefits package on offer to the 2,200 employees, includes season ticket loans and a pension scheme, however Stewart Legg, pay and grading project manager at the British Library, wants to extend the scope of benefits available. "We will roll out HCI independently, but the aim is to get more benefits on board in the new year and we are especially keen to include the 'bikes for work' initiative," he said.
