BlackRock Investment Management has promoted Julie Catto to director of international benefits.
In her new role, Catto will be responsible for retirement, flex, risk and health benefits across 23 countries. She has been with BlackRock since 2007 and previously held the role of vice-president of international benefits.
She has also held compensation and generalist HR posts with Aggreko and NACCO Industries.
