UK insurance firm BGL Group has hosted benefits fairs for more than 200 employees to highlight the offerings in its benefits scheme.

Gail Cingolani, reward and benefits manager at BGL Group, said: “We are constantly looking for new ways to develop our reward and benefits offering.

“Our fairs not only provide the perfect platform to bring the benefits to life, but also the opportunity to talk to employees about what would be of most value to them.”

The ‘My Benefits’ programme is split into four categories: ‘My home and finances’, ‘My wellbeing’, ‘My leisure’ and ‘My locality’. These offer discounts and benefits from local and national organisations, including Scottish Life and Thomas Cook.

Retail and leisure discounts are also available to staff.

The benefits fairs were run across all four sites in Peterborough.
