Whitbread has appointed Bernie Buckley head of reward and analysis. Buckley, previously Whitbread’s reward manager, replaces Jo Rackham, who has been promoted to head of central HR within the organisation.
Whitbread enjoyed great success at this year’s Employee Benefits Awards held in London in June, when it won the overall Grand Prix prize, as well as the categories for ‘Most effective travel strategy for business and perk car drivers’, ‘Communications strategy for organisations with more than 5,000 employees’, and ‘Most effective motivation or incentive strategy’.
