Benefits roles change after Punch Taverns and Spirit Pub Company demerger

Following the demerger of Punch Taverns and Spirit Pub Company, Simon Belton, previously group pensions manager at Punch Taverns, is now head of pensions at Spirit Pub Company.

Belton’s previous roles include international benefit consultant at Thomsons Online Benefits and pensions consultant at KPMG.

In addition, Jackie Burn is now HR director at Punch Taverns and Karen Caddick is HR director at Spirit.

Burn’s previous roles include head of HR at Punch Taverns and HR manager at Allied Domecq Retail.

Meanwhile, Caddick’s previous roles have included HR director at Punch Taverns, global HR director at The Financial Times and head of HR at Channel Five.
