Face to Face Consultancy has launched as a specialist employee communications consultancy.

The organisation will work with employers, providers and intermediaries to communicate pensions and benefits effectively.

A team of specialists will go into workplaces to answer employees’ pensions and benefits questions in person.

Greg Thorley and Richard Ayers, both formerly of Standard Life, are combining their industry experience in the new consultancy.

Thorley said: “It can be challenging for employers to engage effectively with their employees.

“It is an issue that, we believe, was not being addressed by the market. We work across a wide spectrum of employers and in a range of different environments that could just as likely see us on the factory floor talking to employees as in a boardroom.

“We go to each and every employer and understand their unique objectives and environment in which the message needs to be communicated.”
