Sally-Anne Borrill has joined the BBC as head of reward, from WM Morrisons Supermarkets where she was head of reward, pensions and HR information systems.
Her previous experience includes HR manager, compensation and benefits at Siemens Enterprise Communications, and head of HR management, reward and HR shared services at T-Systems.
