Bayliss moves up at Boots UK

Mandy Bayliss has been promoted to senior reward and policy manager at Boots UK.

Bayliss first joined Boots in 1989 and has gained experience across a range of roles at the organisation, including reward delivery manager, recruitment HR shared services manager and senior reward manager.
