ATS Euromaster has launched a voluntary benefits portal giving its 2,900 staff access to childcare vouchers and retail discounts.
The scheme, provided by P&MM, will be branded for the tyre retailer and service provider.
Discounts offered in its Lifestyle package include: health, leisure, food, entertainment, ethical products, home and motoring.
Staff can take up the discounts by telephone, online voucher codes, reloadable gift cards, gift vouchers and SMS vouchers.
Marian McLoughlin, group reward and benefits manager, said: “By offering benefits that enable a positive work-life balance, we are investing in the core of the organisation.”
