Appleyard card aims to smooth fuel VAT claims

A new fuel card from Appleyard Vehicle Contracts claims to allow simple VAT claw back amid proposed Euro tax rules that threaten to complicate the process.

Managing director Alan Maude said the card records a purchase and logs the VAT content. The data is then billed to the client on an tax approved invoice, allowing the client to reclaim VAT.
