Aon Hewitt has appointed Mike Curtis as a senior consultant in its reward and engagement team.
Curtis has 15 years' experience advising organisations across the private and public sectors on their reward strategies.
His previous roles in the industry include: compensation and benefits practice leader at QCG, consultant at Towers Perrin, and independent performance and reward consultant.
Duncan Brown, principal and co-practice lead for reward and engagement at Aon Hewitt, said: “Mike Curtis brings considerable experience and a highly rigorous approach to our team.
“Reward issues are seldom off the agenda for organisations but the economic background of the last three years has meant they have been even more pressing and harder to resolve than is normally the case.
“We have seen considerable demand in recent times for evidence-based total rewards approaches and we are very pleased that we can strengthen the Aon Hewitt team with someone of Mike's calibre.”
